Recently a new culvert and entrance was set in place making it wider and sturdier.

UTILITIES:

The property is completely off grid.

There is a hydro power pole at the entrance to the property. Connection should be a straight forward process with an electrician and Nova Scotia Power.

There is no water well. I harvested and filtered rain water.

There is no septic system. I used a compost system.

NOTABLE MENTION:

Upon the conclusion of the sale, the seller requests allowance of two of the shipping containers to remain on the property for 12 months while arrangements are made for transport. Alternatively, if they are not removed within the allotted timeline, the seller requests renting the space for an additional 12 months at a pre-agreed price.

It is raw and will require initial costs of tree cutting, removal and clearing, et al. Whereas my property, at $3,500 per acre, has most of the hard work done and with the large acreage, you will have your privacy with room to spare.
